This was my first time entering this restaurant. I recently started doordashing to help with a project. The restaurant was semi empty as it was just before the lunch rush. I shared the name of the person who I was picking up for and was told that two workers had walked out the day before and had not returned so it would be a couple of minutes. After waiting about 10 minutes I asked if there was an ETA I was told they had no rice and it was being made. There were other door dashers waiting as well and by this time there was a line out the door. Having been in the restaurant business and in fact owned Cafe of my own I understand circumstances that are sometimes out of our control. The front counter girl was doing the best she could and was empathetic and friendly. After about 20 minutes another girl shows up and helps a little in the front but decides she needs to jump in the kitchen. I am not sure who she was but she seemed to have some authority. At this point customers were getting very aggravated and workers' lunch hours were ending and as you can imagine, people were not happy. By now I had been waiting for close to 40 minutes. Again I asked for an ETA and that seemed to irritate the second girl who showed up and went to the kitchen at that point I heard her say to the counter girl "cancel anyone's order who is crying about it" As I said, I understand stuff happens in the restaurant business, I am willing to work with that and be understanding. What I am not willing to tolerate is a dismissive and nasty attitude. Maybe this girl thinks that food delivery people are not worth the respect but let's not forget we are customers as well. I will definitely not patronize this restaurant nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. As a business owner myself I would never tolerate an employee treating customers that...
Read moreWon’t be back. We used to love their food. Their customer service has always been lacking — always different people, missing items from order, slow service, etc but we liked the food. But tonight my usually calm and understanding husband had enough and told them we will find a new Greek place to go to. We know that they charge for extra sauce, but I also know we should get one sauce for each meal — I have rarely gotten this and literally have to count each time. But tonight we were splitting meals so my husband ordered two extra sauces. He also asked for extra fries instead of salad bc our kids don’t like the salad. Fully knowing we would get charged. So when his order was finally ready (after about 30 minutes for three chicken plates) they did not have the two extra sauce and he asked if the extra fries were in the containers (the amount of fries were definitely Not double) and the female manager got nasty and said it wasn’t free and he said he knows he ordered with the meal. She said it wasn’t on the receipt so no and when he said he ordered it and the girl at the register agreed the manager got nasty and said this is why they run out of sauce every night bc they are just giving it away. Then said they should not have done double fries. He said her attitude was just nasty and it was in front of other patrons in the restaurant. Their food also used to taste fresh but the last few times the chicken is dry and the pita tastes hard and stale. I know they constantly have turn over - I rarely see the same person there on repeat visits play the front counter. But we are done with overpriced food served with an attitude. If you want great Greek with nice service the one in the Home Depot plaza on Northlake is great — just a little far for takeout for us sadly. But we will find...

I came in expecting a Grecian culinary escape. I left feeling like I had just survived a feta-related crime scene. 🧀🚨🇬🇷
Let me paint the scene: I walk in, full of joy and hummus dreams. The place looked clean, the menu looked promising, and I was ready to channel my inner My Big Fat Greek Wedding energy. 💃💙🌿
I ordered the gyro plate. Sounds safe, right? WRONG.
First clue something was off? The tzatziki sauce looked like it had been ghosted by cucumbers. Like it had dreams once — dreams of garlic and dill — but then corporate cutbacks happened. 😔🥒
The meat? I bit into the gyro and honestly, I wasn’t sure if it was beef, lamb, or an undercover gym mat. Tougher than my ex’s apology texts. 😬🐐📵
The rice? Dry. So dry. I think I saw tumbleweeds roll across my plate. At one point I asked for olive oil just to resuscitate it. 🍚💀🪦
The pita? Bro. That thing had the texture of a co-worker’s awkward handshake. Flat, cold, and emotionally distant. 🙃🫓
To make matters worse, I asked if I could get my salad without onions (I’m not crying, YOU’RE crying), and it showed up extra onioned, as if the chef said “let’s punish this one.” 🧅💢
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt… maybe the chef was on break, maybe Mercury was in retrograde, maybe Zeus himself had cursed my order. But then I saw a guy next to me eating a falafel that crumbled like a sandcastle in a hurricane. 🌀☠️
I wanted to love this place. I wanted to leave with olive oil in my veins and Zorba in my soul. Instead, I left with $22 less in my wallet and the taste of broken promises. 😭💸
Final thoughts? If you’re looking for a true Greek experience, go yell at your cousin while flipping a table in your backyard. It'll be...
