On December 17th, I came for a complex coloring. As a person who has already had a negative experience of coloring, having been left without hair, I started talking when 1 hour and 30 minutes had passed, whether my hair would spoil , when I told the master, he said OK and began to remove the asphalted strands from behind .I grew my hair for a year, of course I wanted to get a beautiful coloring, but what I saw spoiled my mood 100%. After sitting in the salon for almost 5 hours , I expected as much as possible not what I saw in the mirror. And the hostess approached Mater and me , I think because he has little experience in such coloring .The coloring was done quite differently , there was no top in the blonde , the blonde is barely visible, there is no beautiful transition from dark to light . I turned to the administrator and said that I didn't like it. First, a woman with glasses came up to me , explained the situation to her , she agreed with me , and the hostess was called . In a conversation with the hostess, I heard that the hair is still wet, a lot of work has been done, but it is impossible to do such coloring on your hair , such coloring as you want would cost $ 500, and you also need to wash your head a couple of times the color will appear. I had never been there before but was referred by a coworker and was in desperate need of a haircut. It was honestly the best haircut experience of my life. 1. The website is very user friendly and you’re able to book a haircut (or any other service they offer) right away instead of having to call during their hours of operation. 2. They confirm your appointment to make sure you’re able to make it and if not you can reschedule (I got both a text and email which is perfect because I hate talking on the phone). 3. Day off my appointment I got a call saying my hairdresser was running late with another customer and would it be okay if I came in a half an hour later. This was no big deal and I appreciated that courtesy instead of having to wait around once I got there. 4. The interior is very cool and interesting to look at (not your average hair salon) which I really liked. 5. Upon entering I was greeted by a receptionist and my hair dresser came out right away to meet me. I went to Ashlee Martin. She was extremely friendly and skilled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 6. Ashlee was very honest with me and told me the haircut I wanted to get wasn’t going to look the same on me as it did in the picture I brought in for reference. I was a little disappointed because I had my heart set on that haircut but she gave me the CUTEST HAIRCUT EVER AND I LOVE IT SO MUCH! She took all the components from the haircut I wanted and did it in a way that would fit my hairstyle and face. IM SO HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME AND WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK! I previously visited the Europa salon and had a pleasant massage. Fast forward nearly a full year. I am 4 months post partum, my hair has lived in a bun and my hair is down past my waist. I wake up one morning thinking what the heck happened that I can wear my hair as a hat, still laughing about it because I am thinking I can fix it still at that point. Fun fact, can't fix it, my hair has matted into a single giant dreadlock after 4 days of my hair in a bun (not exaggerating, literally, it was that bad). Did my kids put honey in my hair? Maybe...either way the damage was done. After 6 hours or frantic detangling with full fledged panic having set in, I desperately called the Europa salon with this hair emergency hoping they could save at least some of the hair on my head. God was kind enough to let me land myself in Gabrielle's chair. Gabrielle, is an actual miracle worker. Not only was he a fantastic individual who took on this catastrophe with courage, but he looked forward to this challenge with confidence. I gave him full leeway to do anything he wanted and needed to to get my hair to look like hair again and he DELIVERED. He is truly a hair expert. I mean honestly. I feel like this review is mute.
