All new redesign and renamed Bealls Outlet/Home Centric was bright and welcoming. The cashier staff up front have never failed to welcome their customers as you walk through the doors, which are now automatic sliders. A very helpful improvement when you're hands are full as you carry out your purchases. It felt like walking into a 'Home Goods' store with more focus on the home furnishings & decorative items up front left side of the store and with expanded items. Bedroom & bath department next with kitchen items in left rear, as before, with appealing selections. Still a large clothing selection for everyone center and right side. It appears to be a larger pet section but I won't swear to that as I didn't peruse those isles. Overall, I was curious, impressed with the layout and very content with the pricing. To me, the prices seemed lower than before the remodel! I will certainly continue to shop Bealls Outlet/Home Centric. Very pleasant...

my name is Marti Brooks, I shopped in this Bealls Outlet on Nov. 26, 2017 and was very dissappointed in the condition of the store, dirty, sloppy and smelly. I needed to go to the restroom, BIG MISTAKE, I was so disgusted with the sanatation of the restroom, dirty toilets, feces in a blocked up toilet, when I went to wash my hands there was NO SOAP!!! When I told the manager about it she commented "IT FINE EARLIER". Well I know that was a lie, dirt was on the floors, on stall doors, she did say she would send someone in to clean it, but as dirty as it was it would take all day. I will never shop in this store again. That store needs someone to run it that cares about customers and inventory. It might be a little cheaper, but it so disgusting I would not buy anything...

This is DinaLee Hernandez, the "shopper." I was in this wonderful store for over an hour and picked out amazing clothes and accessories totaling $209. I especially want to praise Micheline and Dawn for going all out to help me with a $100 Visa gift credit card that was not being accepted at the register (the balance of $109 being paid using my Master Card Credit). After many attempts with the gift card failed, they made phone calls and were finally able to get the gift card to work and completed my purchase. Also, I met Micheline as she was fixing the rows of pants for sizing a neatness and she helped steer me to what I was looking for with quick success. Kudos to both these...
