Arhaus — Local services in Palm Desert

This has got to be one of the worst home stores in Southern California. The sales people are very unhelpful, and you can tell only greet certain customers. There was a group of five of us walked in today and we were near the front of the store not one person approached and two people passed us without greeting. On the other side of the store from us was this couple that looked like they might spend some money and the white sales person walked right in front of us did not acknowledge us and went straight to the couple and greeted them and said welcome and started talking to them. Not sure if they didn't stop to say hello to us because they were for Mexican in the group, but I do think they discriminate against Latinos.. funny that since everyone in the group, I'm sure makes a lot more money and has a than anybody else in that store. Have visited many furniture stores in the Los Angeles and West Hollywood area and have never encountered this kind of service at a furniture store. So typical that this just caters to middle America and not to minorities. I think the store manager should take a look at their policies and procedures and realize that this is not 1952. I recently bought a second home in the desert and was looking to furnish my new home. I have been to other locations and love their product, so I thought I give this location a visit.
