I want to take a moment to recognize someone who made a lasting impact on me during one of the hardest times in my life. Kim Woods at Saks OFF 5TH is not just an incredible sales associateāsheās a truly special human being.
After the loss of my daughter, I walked into Saks feeling broken. I wasnāt shopping for fun. I was just trying to feel something, to put myself together again somehow. Kim greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness. From the second we started talking, I could tell she wasnāt just doing a jobāshe cared.
But more than that, Kim knows what sheās doing. She knows fashion, she knows jewelry, and she knows what works for you. Iāve never met someone so sharp when it comes to putting looks together. She looked at me, listened to me, and just got it. Whether it was helping me find the right clothes, sunglasses, or the perfect piece of jewelry, she knew exactly what would suit meānot just on the outside, but where I was emotionally, too.
She didnāt push or rush. She guided. She explained things, made suggestions Iād never think of, and walked me through every option like a true professional. She knows the store inside and out. She knows whatās in stock, what goes with what, how to build a wardrobe that fits your style, your mood, even your healing. She has an eye for details most people missāand she makes it all look effortless.
Talking with Kim felt like being with someone who was meant to be there in that moment. She turned a painful day into something full of grace. I left feeling stronger, lighter, and honestlyāmore like myself. Thatās the kind of person she is.

Jenn took her time to help me through exploring the various fragrances on the counter. She addressed any questions I had and made some appropriate recommendations. Everything she did was completely on point.
Itās because she gave me samples so I could try them on my skin, is *The VERY REASON why Iām coming back next week to buy the Sublime Vanille.
Trying a fragrance on a piece of paper doesnāt cut it because we put it on our skin and each of us and our body chemistry smells different with each fragrance.

These are very expensive shoes that were a Christmas gift. Further, I was willing to pay extra $$$ for the a good pair without defects. However, the manager Mr. Stevens (son) insited that there were no defects and refused to exchange them. He insisted that I take them to another branch (6hours away) where the orinal receipt is from.
