I am a general and roofing contractor, 90% of my business is roofing, i am not totally familiar with electrical terminology. I guess that irritated the guy behind the counter, josh. I asked for connectors for armored wire, apparently i should be asking for MC connectors. He said to me that I shouldn't be asking him what I need.. I think josh doesn't care about CED's customer service reviews because it isn't Josh's company nor his reputation, he just works there. That is fine, because DES, around the corner is very helpful, they answer all your questions. Keep it up josh, and you will reap the harvest of your efforts.. The person who was at the counter, was rude from the beginning, seemed very irritated that I did not know the proper name for the part, looked around a bit and said they do not stock the item and would have to order it. He scolded me for asking the price and then said it would be best if I just ordered it from Amazon and that they are closed. It was 4:30. Avoid unless you like...
