I never thought I could do yoga again because of my chronic back issues. Stefan changed that for me by teaching me and helping me strengthen and lengthen my muscles that support the posterior chain. As a personal fitness trainer who also teaches fitness and movement i know the importance of having a good teacher and Stefan is just that. He has the ability to challenge you and at the same time teach the nuances of yoga. I definitely recommend to have a session with him no matter what condition you are in....

I have studied yoga for a long time but Clinic Yoga is in a class all by itself. Stefane is extremely knowledgeable, challenging with respect, thoughtful about each(a limit of four) student, and a pleasure to get to know.
