4 Paws Coffee Co — Restaurant in Palm Springs

6/22/23 - Update

They've reduced their hours and now close much earlier in the day. For the locals and the morning crowd that's not a problem. For those of us hoping to stop off on the way out in the afternoon it is. Best of luck with the new hours but this shop is off my list now.

A Great Little Coffee Shop

Their coffee is tasty and their food menu selections are excellent.

I discovered 4 Paws one day when I was heading out from Palm Springs needing some good coffee and thus not wanting anything from Starbucks. 4 Paws turned out to be a real gem!

The shop is located in a strip mall at the north end of Palm Springs and is readily accessible off of North Palm Canyon Drive. They've a full selection of coffees and teas along with a made to order sandwich selection and bakery goods.

The setting is modern and relaxed. There's some shaded seating outside. Wifi is available and free. Parking is always plentiful as the mall's lot is abundant.

We were visiting PS to plan our wedding and saw the coffee near by. Super cute place. Friendly staff. Unfortunately it took us over 1/2 an hour for a $7 iced coffee (3rd person in line and not many in the place). Because we were so close to our venue we wanted to add it to our list of places to go when our guests arrive. We decided to give it another chance for lunch since their baked goods looked delicious. We ordered a veggie delight on a pretzel croissant and a pastrami on sour dough. We grabbed 2 waters (they were $6.20 each, we clearly put them back). Our sandwiches were $32 plus tax. (With a “free” bag of chips - the super small snack bags) The pastrami sandwich didn’t have any meat on one side and barely any on the other. The veggie delight was pretty much empty on a refrigerated croissant. I don’t like writing poor reviews, especially for local places. I hope they read this with its intent. As a former cafe owner (2 in my life), I hope they can figure out a way to sort through some of these. We will probably give them once more shot because we like...

Wow wow wow hard to believe how good everything was.....

Most places have specialties like espresso or pastries or one thing or another.

This place is truly different because the coffee was exceptional I had the lavender honey breve latte and also the gluten-free chocolate chip cookie as well as the cinnamon roll. All of these were wonderfully blended with the right amount of flavor but not too sweet and had incredible buttery textures. Everything listed above was a 9 out of 10 or better.

The last thing I had was the boneless keto friendly breakfast with egg sausage bacon and cheese and a avocado with a semi spicy tomatillo green sauce which had such depth and flavor It is the best breakfast to go I've ever had at any coffee shop 9.8 out of 10.

Well I've been to many coffee shops here in Palm springs and this one overall takes #1.

Koffi on North Palm canyon drive has the best espresso because of it is a organic and has a wonderfully smooth flavor to it in the garden you sit in is absolutely beautiful.
