Mykonos Desert Suites — Hotel in Palm Springs

They Rob you !!!!! Don’t stay here !! I stood at these suites on the weekend of August 18th and I got charged 340 with some change for the weekend . I was looking over my account and seen that I got a additional charge on the 23rd for another 340 . They let me know they would issue my refund and that it would take 12 hrs for it to be issued. The next day I seen no refund in my account so I called and spoke to alaxander the “supervisor” and Susan the owner/attorney . They were both very rude and unhelpful . I wanted to know why this happened and how they would prevent it . With speaking to them I found out their procedure is if they don’t see a receipt (that they can easily loose ) they supposedly call to get authorization for them to charge what would be owed. I not once got a phone call from anyone at the hotel so they just took it upon themselves to take the money from my account (By definition stealing my money ). When we got there the weekend of the 18th they were issuing a refund for another person which leads me to believe that this happens very often and they could care less to try to prevent this from happening . On top of this huge headache our stay here was not worth the money . The ac has a limit as to how low you can set the temperature. The bedroom was always colder and the living area was always hot . Not once did housekeeping come by to clean or offer clean towels . The place was pretty much EMPTY ( I see why now ). The pictures make it look nicer than it really is. It looks run down and like it needs to be updated . Our phone to reach the front desk didn’t even work either . I will never stay here again! For people that have stayed here ... check your accounts make sure you didn’t get schemed out of your money ! If I would of never seen this they would of got additional...

The perfect spot to prepare for Stagecoach. Pull of the vibe Liberache left behind! . The staff was all super cool and helpfull. Tge pools were all beautiful and the family of Owls taking care of the property was a plesant surprise. Cant say I ever made eye contact with a baby owl before so that was an experience for the books. . The room was plesantly massive for what I had anticipated. Plenty of room to spread out and make a short term mess. Not really any complaints as everything was fine. Not use to being responsible for a key to enter the room but not an issue at all. . The property was very beautiful and I would 100% stay again to feel more of that positive vibe this place gave off. Was like a 2 minute drive to Boozehounds and parking was no problem. I do a lot of business travel and Mykonos was welcome respite from the standard business hotel. An older property that has been well updated where necessary, notwithstanding a few minor warts here and there, and our Queen suite was excellent. Full kitchenette if you want to cook some of your own meals. Two heated pools, one with hot tub and one big enough to swim laps. The nicely landscaped cascading water feature running the length of the pool is a nice visual/audio touch. Staff was as good as it gets. This place has a lot of character and a nice vibe.
