Inn at Palm Springs — Hotel in Palm Springs

If I could give this a 10/10 I would.

First, My friends and I are from Sacramento and wanted to spend time in PS before Pride began, and leave a day after it finished. Right away, Paul and Sam worked with me to arrange for three rooms, three separate payment methods, with only a few weeks until Pride. I was admittedly late to the reservation game, and not only did Sam find me three rooms, she kept me updated when a better or larger room became available. My group and I hit a moment where we needed to check in early-way earlier than expected, at we were accommodated without hesitation.

Second, Paul and Sam have gone so many times out of their way and busy schedules to stop, chat, offer something of some kind, whether a coffee or a conversation about the neighborhood- I have never met people that are so friendly and welcoming. I mean, extremely welcoming. It has been the talk of our group during our stay, which ends in two mornings. They have made me feel so completely at home, and the amenities that they offer are simply fantastic, including breakfast that isn't just the normal cheese danish and an orange juice. You get to go to Ricks, for Breakfast. Like, what? Also, check out their new coffee machine, it makes any kind of coffee or hot chocolate drink you can imagine. Also, if you like, you can take beach cruisers around the area! So neat

Finally, the staff team on site are so friendly and responsive. When you rive you are given a number to text communicate any needs and I kid you not- they are addressed with so much friendliness that I gushed every time I chatted with the teams. Just responsive, friendly, and they keep the spaces clean and inviting. I will be making reservations for next year...

We booked a room here as we are moving from Northern California to Palm Springs. We needed one night in a hotel before our moving truck arrived. We have a Senior dog with arthritis. This place looked perfect and was pet friendly! The hotel did contact us and asked if we had any special instructions. We specifically asked for a room on the 1st floor to accommodate our dogs arthritis. They said “no problem.” We arrive and 1st impressions, the hotel looks shady, and it’s a long way around and a very long walk. Our dog CANNOT get to this room. When we asked if there was a more convenient room, the young lady at the front desk said yes, they could accommodate. The male owner stepped in and said a resounding “ NO”. When I explained to him that the room was too difficult for the dog and we gave specific instructions they they promised to honor, He said “you’re being confrontational” and denied service. This was heartbreaking after a very long car ride, and being exhausted we had to find a place to stay quickly. The male owner was just mean and wouldn’t help, the female owner said she would honor the cancellation and wouldn’t charge us. I hope they have the decency to do what they say since they didn’t honor the promise they made to have a room to accommodate our arthritic dog. The only other 1/2 way decent thing she did was suggest Infusion hotel. I will let you know, come to Infusion! It was definitely an upgrade they are so nice...

Clean, clean, clean!!! The one thing I look forward to is a clean hotel/hotel room and this place was spotless. I was highly impressed!!! Clean floors, walls, no hairs on bedding or towels from previous customers! I usually travel with my own shower towels and I completely forgot to pack them. I normally would have gone out my way to purchase some at nearby stores but the towels were bright white, clean and smelled good. This place is extremely charming, very colorful, has a pool, two fountains which I loved!!! Heated pool is a plus, small yard to walk your doggo and it is just two minutes to Tramway Rd which takes you up to San Jacinto Mountain. The hotel doesn’t have on site breakfast but the owners issue vouchers to use at a local restaurant just a quick walk from the hotel but it provides you with multiple coffee and tea choices in a very cute and relaxing lobby. They also offer bicycles for you to use at no extra charge!! The greatest thing that will have me coming back to this hotel is the staff!!! The staff made me feel right at home!! They were extremely welcoming, friendly and personable. I would give this place a billion stars if I could. I highly recommend the Inn at Palm Springs and will without a doubt stay here on my...
