Generally, I enjoy eating at this Del Taco. Sometimes the service is a bit slow, but whoever does the hiring tends to hire individuals who appear quite young and it is very likely many of the employee's first jobs.
Taking this into consideration, I can be patient and deal with a slow order or an occasional aloof teen makes a mistake with my order. When I get my food it is always fresh and meets Del Taco quality standards. And perhaps the kids working might not always be on their "A-game, but no matter what they are dealing with in their home/school/work/personal lives they have always treated me kindly, with respect, and never dismissed me or made me feel like just another number.
One should note, it's not just a bunch of tots running around the joint. There are adults who work there too. Not only do they do their job well, but they do a wonderful job mentoring their young coworkers. I normally dine in when I visit this location and have seen and overheard these seasoned workers play the role of coworker/supervisor while also helping these kids navigate the tough situations wreaking havoc in their lives. They manage to give honest, sincere, practical guidance while juggling everything they have going on in their own lives.

The attitude was rude the staff tried to do my order right off and then when wanting to do own they disappeared and not around until order and I had a discrepancy for which I had done my order accurately thats why it took me a bit. They did not honor the reward that was supposed to be added and knew at the stage it had been in that the offer would no longer be listed in my app and since the ticket was only in a holding pattern and not fully submitted I didn't have a way to bring it up in my history. They seemed very secure in the fact that this must be a frequent occurrence and they deny the app users the perks of which we use the service. First time ever receiving stale tacos. Bought 21 snack tacos today for Tuesday taco nights for myself and fam. I ate one and knew it was off but kept quiet then my mother bit hers and said this isnāt good! Itās rancid. Brother walks out saying his tacos are rancid. Opened one by one they all smell off.
Called the branch they are going to replace all of them which is great but I wonāt be heading back today since I fear the batch might be off. Iāll try 10/02 instead.
