Pease don't hesitate to call them first and USE THEM. I had an unexpected broken window on a Thursday morning. They responded (live on the phone-Christy couldn't been more concerned if she were a family member or friend (she is neither) and manage to get me someone that day. Spoke to Christi when making appointment to have window repaired. Told me it would be a couple of days. I was okay with that, on day of appointment I called to see what time repairman would be arriving. I was told I was not on the schedule.
