On Tuesday I had an emergency , My local Business, Safer Insurance Agency, Server died and I could Not access any of my data, I tried fixing it myself since I have some knowledge but was Not successful. I called around and talked to 4 to 5 shops, some Did not answer, some asked me to bring in my equipment and drop it off and they would take from 2 to 5 business days to diagnose and then try to fix. Given my emergency, I was looking for someone to jump right on and fix my problem, when I called ATEK Computers Alex answered the phone and referred me to his Boss RICH Garcia, when I got there he jumped right on and tried replacing the Power Supply I thought was bad and after trying a few parts, my computer was not turning on and l asked to see if he had another computer that would work with my Gard Drive and he did, replaced my HD into his PC and after a couple of hours I was back in my office and I could start working again. Not many techs understood my situation but Rich did. Honest, Fast & Reliable... He only charged me $347.35 not even the cost of a New Computer. I had a significant issue with a brand new Windows 11 computer. Basically, nothing on it would work--files wouldn't open etc. Makai came out to my house to fix it, since I didn't want to leave it in a shop. He arrived exactly on time, was super courteous, and very knowledgeable. Once he determined that there was something wrong with the OS (WIN11), he attempted many work-arounds to try and save all the programs I had already loaded onto the computer. He also tried to repair Windows11. When all else failed, he reloaded a clean version of 11 and got the computer functioning. He also did a few little tweaks that I asked for to customize it for me. He was always calm and courteous, even when it was very frustrating. I would definitely use Makai and ATEK...

We had another IT service for years and their service continued to decline as they grew. We are very dependent upon our computer system so waiting two, three, or even four days for a response is totally unacceptable.
