I want to start this post but saying that I am not mad that none of my cards were bought. I believe Tyler was the one to help me out. Tyler was very helpful and explained to me why they didn’t take any of them and how much they would go for that type of thing and he was very knowledgeable on his cards. If it wasn’t for Tyler I would give this a 0 or 1 star review

To the other gentlemen that was in the store working at the time. I see all these 5 star reviews and I’m like that’s not the response I got. I was trying to have conversations with this person asking how long you been here and how’s business and honestly just trying to be friendly but I was getting very fast/unpleasant answers from him. I was a new customer and felt treated like I was a nobody. Realistically I don’t go to that mall often but maybe I’ll come back to view other cards but this experience put a bad taste...

My grandson and I went to this shop,he spent over 60.00 on Christmas gifts for his dad and grandfather. The item had a small piece of bubble wrap put in a small plastic bag, as he was walking through the mall someone bumped into him and the bag fell breaking the mug. We went back to the store to see if they would exchange it, now I wouldn’t have had a problem if the owner politely told me he couldn’t do it, but him showing off eye rolling and acting like the kids that work for him(actually they were more adult then him)saying sarcastically it wasn’t broken when you left the store, whatda you think?? This was unnecessary, he’s certainly showing his employees that it’s ok to be rude to customers. We will never shop this...

Owner was very rude i asked a question and he came back with a smart remark. I then Went to take a picture of a box to send to my buddy who we were splitting a 519 dollar box together. Which the same guy said no no no we don’t do pictures. I have Gone here once or twice a month and attend every card show they have. That will never happen again. Lost a customer for good, i will gladly drive a hour for a box that’s 20 bucks cheaper.
