Canvas Craft — Local services in Palmetto Bay

I wouldn’t do business with Canvas Craft after my recent experience. It took me a long time to get Alex to come over to give me an estimate to replace a boat cover on my 31 contender. Finally someone from his company came by and gave me an estimate. I approve the amount while asking that the cover be replaced identically to the one I had which had been wearing out over time. The cover they put on the boat is not what I requested and is a nightmare to put on. After numerous attempts to adjust it, it still doesn’t work as well as the one I had on. Afterwards one of the Snaps that help to tighten the cover around the boat became unsown and I called Alex to get it repaired. He said he’d take care of it and he never did. I’m now stuck with a cover that’s not what I originally ordered and that basically is a nightmare to put on. However they were very quick to get paid. But no after sale...

Wow wow wow. They have done amazing job is all I can say. They left me in shock when I got my top back. Even fixed the straps that wasn’t even talked about.
