Usually when I go there the people are very nice and offer me a water or soda and without asking put air in my tires. Unfortunately this time the guy that charged me and was using the computer seemed to be having a bad day or something. First off he didn't know if he had the filter for my car which I told him if they don't have one I actually had an extra one but I would have preferred him use one if he did. He didn't check and just decided that it would be better if we used the one I had and he would take it off the price. They changed my oil and he asked me to pull up a meter in my car somehow to see if he poured the right amount of oil into my car which I've never had to do before. He didn't know how to get the screen up in my car so I guess im just riding around hopefully with a full oil tank. I asked him how come they didn't offer to fill my tires and also if he could take off the service required notification in my car, he gets in my car and starts trying to take it off and he gives up and tells me to just look up a video on Google to do it myself. He charged me like 145 which was more than I've ever paid to go there and I asked him about it and he said the prices went up and the filter only costs you guy like $5. I also had between me and my girlfriend the paper for my 5th oil change to be free and he said you guys don't use that anymore which was strange because my girlfriend went a couple months ago and they check off our 4th visit. He made a comment about me using a coupon in the past which you guys offered me without asking if I sent you guys a good review which I did. Im not even sure if he put the right oil in my car Usually they say something about German engine oil and he said full synthetic was better. So I'm kind of concerned if 1 my car has the right oil in it, 2 if they put the right oil into my car, 3 if I cleared the right service code in my car because it has one for several different things in my car which it took me sometime to find the one for the oil, 4 if he hustled me because he didn't like the fact I used a coupon in the past for some reason, and finally having to find a new place to go get my oil change that I can trust with my car. It's unfortunate I dont know if you are under new management over the past couple months since my last visit with my girlfriend but if this is the direction you are going you probably will lose more customers. You supposedly raised your prices and lowered the standard of service which is a bad business model if you ask me. First time going here and they did not disappoint! I was attended quick . I pulled up , was asked my information, and what service I needed . The tech went to work right away , the oil change was quicker than other places I have been . The man I spoke to informed me I had a battery issue and showed me the issue (spark every time I would start the car). He tightened the battery terminal and cleaned it out for me for free .we started the car again and the spark stoped . They didn’t try to upsell me anything, straight to the point , plus complimentary cold drinks (soda, water ) while you wait in your car ! Brian was very rude raised his voice to me very unnecessary. They did not have the oil filter on hand and he wanted to charge me extra for it. I explained that is not the customer fault . I was not charged for the filter, but I was also told never to return and my Groupon never to be accepted! I don’t understand it seems that Mr. Brian was having a bad day but that gives him no reason to get upset at a customer.
