Maelos Wood Fired Pizza — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

Maelos Wood Fired Pizza is a food truck that I am glad I tried! We got their flyer; it looked good, and I decided to give it a chance. The cheese pizza was really good, the dough was soft and fresh, the tomato sauce was excellent, and the cheese had a great taste. I also tried the BBQ Chicken pizza. It was a very good barbecue pizza because it had a tomato sauce base with cheese, bacon, chicken, and onions. Since it only had a drizzle of barbecue sauce, it wasn’t too overpowering. The Chicken Special Pesto Panini consisted of Arugula, mozzarella, chicken, cherry tomatoes, onions, and pesto sauce. The bread was fresh and fluffy, the pesto sauce had a great taste and wasn’t too strong. The Pesto Panini was fantastic!

First time trying Maelos Wood Fired Pizza. I placed the order with Mayra, and order a Pizza Star Cheese Pizza and add Hot Honey Sauce n BBQ it was out of this world, so good, delicious. Mayra took the order she was very kind and helpful. I met the rest of the Team, Stephanie n Benny the Pizza Maker they were very nice. All of them are great.
