Foods not the best. Fried Chicken food truck charges 14 for mac & cheese × chicken. The highlight is the Mac & chicken. Chicken is ok (over sauced, should put sauce on the side). Mac n cheese is kraft powdered Mac. Definitely disappointed in the Mac. Definitely never going back. Peruvian fried rice at food truck next to chicken spot also 14 for fried rice. Love coming here every weekend, variety changes up sometimes but usually they’ve got the same options. My personal favorite is the Equator food truck that serves hibachi. Great atmosphere, nice setup with music playing and the seating area itself could be a tad bit better but overall it’s really nice. Great selection of food there I always have a hard time picking which place I actually want to get food from. This is a gas station where food trucks park in the parking lot. At 11pm on a Monday night there were 6 open, all serving central American food. I got a nopales taco from the Taco Miami truck and with a squeeze of lime and hot sauce it was very yummy. I don't think you will find a better vegan taco at this hour for many...
