I cant say enough about this place. #1 its veteran owned #2 I googled hair cuts for toddlers and this had amazing reviews. After an atrocious haircut that needed a 911 fix for my daughter's curly hair, I came here and was blown away. Immediately they sat her in a little plane chair gave her toys to be distracted, turned on the tv, gave her a lollipop, put some detangler in her hair and with a wide tooth bush combed out the knots to see everything that need to be chopped off and fixed. She gave me plenty of tid bit advice on my daughter's hair care. About the place they have awesome prices 17 for walk in or 20 with appt with $2 off first visit and an app that gets you rewards with as little as 3 visits. The entrance waiting area is heaven, big screen tv for parents sake and plenty of clean toys and scooter carts for the kids to play while waiting. Very spacious and clean. A wall full of bows to buy, headbands, and even drinks and snacks if kids get hungry. Very friendly sincere and humble staff. The owner was working the front when I came in, very knowledgeable on the hair care products for the kids. I saw they have a daddy or mommy and kid combo hair cut pack and mani pedi. I went to Lil’ Jungle for the first time today with my two boys. There was a gentleman sitting on the couch on his phone. He barely looked up to say hello - and since that is all he said, I thought he was a customer. There was no one else there to greet me or to give me any information. After a couple of minutes of me standing by myself at the front desk alone, the gentleman on the couch briefly looked up from his phone to tell me to take a seat and that once the only hairdresser working in the salon was done with her customer, I would be next. I sat down with my two boys to wait. After 10 minutes, the gentleman from the couch (his name is Victor), asked me: Nicolas? I said no. He then proceeded to tell me that this salon works by appointment only and that he wouldn’t be able to take my boys for a haircut. This is when I realized that Victor was actually the front desk attendant, which I never would have guessed since he was on the couch on his phone the entire 15 minutes I was there. I would have greatly appreciated knowing they only took appointments as soon as I walked in so that I didn’t waste my time waiting with 2 antsy boys...

I had a bad experience here due to one of stylist butchering my sons hair. I gave a bad review and the owner responded within a few hours. He asked to please come in so it could be fixed. I took my son to get his hair cut fixed by another stylist. I met the owner in person and he is a sweet heart. The lady which fixed my sons hair understood why I was so upset and posted the review I did. She was awesome and the hair cut came out great. I will definitely go back and recommend this place to others. I learned a lesson, not to give a bad review to a company; based on the mistake of just...
