I started going to this place for my vape fluids when the Vapor Shark at Palmetto bay closed. At first, it was a decent place because they carried a fluid I use, and are local to me. However, the fluid went out of stock and it took around a month to restock. I then started to mainly order my fluid online because of this.
Another huge issue for me are the disposable vape and cartridge Delta 8/9 fluids they sell here. More often than not, there are issues with the cartridges and disposables being clogged or leaking to the point of the product not being usable. If one happens to catch the issue before leaving, you can swap for another one. Yet, if an issue occurs after leaving, then you cannot do anything and are at a loss. I am rather disappointed that about more than half of the d8/9 disposable vapes and cartridges that I have purchased over time have had issues such as clogging.
The last time here, I purchased a 2 Gram delta 8 disposable vape which ended up being clogged on my first attempted puff. After a few attempted clogged puffs it ended up unclogging but then somehow quickly leaking all of the Two grams of fluid into the battery portion of the disposable before my eyes.
Ok I am S.O.L for that one I guess and stupid me since I did not check before leaving, but I am just frustrated at the overall quality of the D8/9 products they carry, because as stated previously I have tried several different brands of the D8/9 both disposables and cartridges over time, and the majority of the time there are issues with fluid leaking that I usually check and spot before leaving to get it swapped out only for it to then clog early in usage to the point that the product is no longer usable.

The employee had very limited knowledge and was not able to answer my questions. "They are basically all the same." So, I made a decision based on name recognition, Ooze. Upon purchase, I tried using the pen. It did not work. I immediately went back in and was told I had to charge it first. Fine. I plugged it in my car and went home. A few hours later I went to use the pen. It still didn't work. I went back, same day. I advised the employee I had charged it for several hours. The employee asked if I was charging it in my car. I said yes. They told me: "Vape pens cannot be charged in a vehicle. You fried your battery (pen). " Uh, Not true. My old pen lasted over a year ONLY being car charged. You can Google it too. They refused any exchange or refund and said I had to go through the manufacturer. So, I contact the manufacturer. It turns out the Manufacturer did not care about it being charged in the car, but whether or not it was being charged by one of their brand of chargers. It was not. It did not come with one and I already had several. The store employee didn't tell me this requirement for warranty and It turns out, they don't even sell a charger from Ooze!!
