I always come here because the customer service is amazing! I put my chain in for a repair and some how it got lost in transit. They gave me credit on the lost chain and Eli got me an extra discount for my troubles. I was going through family issues and it had been awhile before I was able to go back to select another purchase. But Lakin helped me decide on a purchase that was amazing. I still had family issues to be taken care of so it was awhile again before I can go back and make the final purchase. There was some issues concerning my purchase but Eli and Lakin came to the rescue AGAIN!
