Usually I love this Starbucks. I work in the mall so it’s convenient on my breaks to get food and drinks. Nate is always very helpful and so is the ginger boy (don’t know his name). Today, working was a woman with pink hair (didn’t look at her name) and a few others. When I first went in to pick up my mobile order of a parfait, which is pre-made and requires no time to make, there was hardly any customers. I’m sitting here waiting and trying to order the one refresher she woman said they had in stock, but it was showing they didn’t have it on the app. She kept telling me it should be showing and walking away when I was trying to figure it out. She didn’t offer to help me or to have me check out a different way. I waited 15 minutes and during that time asked twice about my mobile order and all they said was they “hadn’t gotten it yet”, eventually I asked this other guy who was helpful and he got it immediately. I was going to just ask for water since apparently it was impossible to help me spend my money on a drink, but the woman with pink hair working at the drinks kept walking away when I tried to ask her a question.
I’ve seen this Starbucks operate with only 2-3 workers super well when it’s been busy, but today they had 4-5 and it was only moderately busy and I couldn’t even get my order or a cup of water in good time.

I said if it looks like milk and tastes like milk something is wrong with your espresso machine. She said take your straw and lid off and I'll put another shot in there. She gave it back and I said again there is something wrong with your machine please give me a cold coffee with cold foam (that can't get screwed up) they actually had to discuss whether they were going to do this or not........are you kidding me?? They were rude, literally didn't want to make it right and when they finally decided to give me a cold brew they made everyone else's and made me wait. However, my favorite part was watching a woman who was deaf in front of me sign to the young man behind the counter. She only bought the water and signed, "That's all and keep the change." The young man signed back, "Thank you." It was a beautiful moment. Really. I appreciate the fact that he could communicate with her. Of course, then my chance to order...they were out of a seasonal syrup and the young man who had signed to the woman in front of me was new.
