COACH Outlet — Local services in Palmetto

Very uncomfortable experience while shopping here. We were followed around the store the entire time shopping. At one point my girlfriend wanted to color match a jewelry box with a bag we bought from MK prior to coming in. My girlfriend reaches down with the jewelry box as I pull out the MK bag to match and one of their employees (an older white woman) sprinted to the table we were at and proceeds to try to look around us as if we were trying to steal the jewelry box by putting it into our bag LOL. Although I was uncomfortable I couldn’t do anything but laugh at such silly act.. Like chill ma’am this is Coach, the Coach outlet at that. Then it’s funny because she never asked us if we needed any help the entire time we were there but proceeded to follow us and damn near assumed we were stealing something. I have been coming the Coach outlet for years and was always impressed with how they treated their customers, and how much care they took in wrapping up our purchases and sending us on our way. My past two visits were very disappointing. The Coach employee that checked me out literally threw my $175 purchase in a bag, and then proceeded to throw the wallet in the handbag, and handed me my purchase without a glance. He then went on to speak to his co-worker. Michael Kors! Here I come!

12/24/16- My husband insisted we go into Coach to look for something for his sisters and mother. AGAIN!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sorry, Coach Outlet, in Ellenton, Florida, your stock sucks. Drove 37 minutes to come shop at this outlet mall and was told by a salesperson who sounded as if she was having a bad day and needed to release her frustrations out on me, that they stock was low cause of Christmas Eve. Now I can somewhat understand that, but as wide a speard longevity company like Coach, it seems you should have been better prepared for Hoilday shoppers. I'm just saying...
