Went to the drive thru had a lady take my order who I could not understand when I asked her to speak up, and she kept mumbling. When she kept saying my order wrong, I went to the window to repeat my order when I asked Nancy if she was ok if she didn't feel like working because even at the window she kept mumbling when I asked her if she didn't feel like working she raised her voice and said very clear I will not serve you if you are going to be yelling when that whole time I was speaking normal. When I went inside, I asked Nancy for the corporate number. I was interrupted by Denise, the other so-called manager Denise continued to saying that they both were taking my order in the drive thru confusing as to why you need 2 managers to take turns speaking to one person over the headset Nancy then said they have been having problems with the speaker which I understand but why treat customers like she did at the window Denise then said well Nancy had a death in the family so that's why she was acting like that. I understand death is a hard thing to take, stay home with your family don't come to work and treat guests that way when I asked for the corporate number Denise gave me a number for Healthcare did she really think I wouldn't call the number. Believe me the treatment I was given is the worst if the worst experience ever with the video I took of both of these so call manager I will post on all social media platforms that way everyone knows what kind if managers you have running...
Read moreThis is the 2nd time that I go around 11:30pm and the employee at the drive-thru says it’s closed and refused to take my order. (Sounded like the same young lady both times.) She didn’t specify the reason it was closed this time. The first time was supposedly because you guys only had one person working. Your hours of operation say midnight so if that’s wrong, they need to be changed. Now of you’re refusing service because they want to go home early, that sounds like a bigger problem. I told her that if I went back the next day and asked the manager why it was closed early, if he would give a legitimate reason since she didn’t have one. Read moreI went today to try the ranch chicken club sandwich I was craving I had ordered it from the app once I got to the drive thru I let them know about the order and did some changes like coke no ice and crispy bacon since it doesn’t give you the option online i get to the window lady was rude got my ordered fast just to find out it’s missing the chicken,bacon and cheese I go back to tell them what was going on they said they will fix it then checked it again it’s missing the bacon and cheese I was so done with them so I ended up just getting my money back not worth it!
