Drive thru employee (Monica S.) did not accurately take my order. Employee was dismissive when i tried to correct order at drive thru window (I wasnt charged for an additional item i had requested, i still wanted the item and offer to pay. I was told that i would have to go to the back of the drive thru line, because there were cars behind me if i wanted to fulfill my order or i would have to park and come inside. I was still at the window because i was checking my order to make sure everything was ok.) Employee was dismissive and when i went inside to order remaining items, i brought it up to Manager's attention (Tan) that employee had not fulfilled my order correctly and i just want to paid for the rest of my items when i was at the drive thru. She was dismissive, told me that i was wrong in what i had ordered and i was told that i my order had taken too long (5 minutes from drive thru speaker to order fulfillment, and ignored my compliant. At the very least they should have apologized for my experience because i can understand that they might have not heard me correctly, but i didnt even get that. I was told that i was wrong and i was ignored. The only positive thing i can say is that the employee (Cesar) who took the order for the item i was missing, was polite, courteous, and professional. Read moreI have been visiting this location over the last 2 years and everytime I dine in I have noticed a very dedicated, hardworking and extremely professional employee that is always busy and constantly attending customers. I finally decided to ask her what her position was and she replied that she was just an employee. I am sorry to say that Ebony Rodriguez deserves to be more than just an employee. Her level of Customer Service, Attention To Detail and her Professionalism are Above and Beyond any I have experienced at any Panda Express. Keep up the excellent work Miss Rodriguez and hopefully someone in your organization will finally open their eyes and acknowledge all of the hard working employees serving customers day and day out. This store consistently forgets to put teriyaki sauce on pick up orders when teriyaki chicken is ordered. Mind you the bags are closed. As a former employee I am aware of the procedure for pick up orders. 1 plastic wear per meal, 1 cookie per meal, 1 soy sauce, 1 chilli paste, and teriyaki sauce when teriyaki chicken is ordered. Then you close bag and place at pick up.
Is money so tight at this location that they have to stop putting teriyaki sauce when teriyaki chicken is ordered. On request only is reserved for in store orders. Drive thru and pick up it should always be automatic.
