She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and she tailored my massage accordingly.

The hot stone Swedish massage was nothing short of heavenly.

The therapist used smooth, heated stones to gently massage my muscles, releasing tension and alleviating pain.

As a loyal customer for over a year, I had a disappointing experience with the new therapist Suki, who didn't provide a proper massage, ignored feedback, and communicated poorly.

I’ve always left this massage place feeling rejuvenated until today. My experience with Suki started with a blanket-covered massage with such light pressure it was barely noticeable. I assumed she was warming up, but it continued throughout the session. Despite my request for firmer pressure, she didn't change her technique.

Half the session was spent with this nonexistent massage under a blanket, leaving me more tense and stressed than when I arrived. Unaware of how much time had passed, I requested a different therapist, only to be told to wait 40 minutes. She also left oil on multiple places, including my hands, and didn't remove the blanket from my head when she ended the session.

I had to fight tooth and nail to speak to the manager to resolve my issue, given Suki didn't listen, take accountability, or allow me to speak to the manager even for a short while. She was not sorry about the poor experience I politely expressed to her, refused my refund request, and wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager unless I waited another 40 minutes. Thankfully, Lynn later came out and resolved the issue, but the entire experience felt like a total waste of time.

I will probably still go to this place for Lynn, who is excellent. But to new customers, please reconsider if you're booked with Suki. I hope this feedback helps improve the service, as my experience was far below the usual...
