This condo community is a dump with a useless HOA. We all pay $900 per month, but live in squander. The buildings need painted, the canopies over random windows are hideous, moss is growing on sidewalks, outdoor lighting is minimal, the parking garage floods, the stairs flood, the building is poorly maintained, maintenance is slow, gate codes rarely work, and mail areas are not secure. Yet, the HOA imposes ridiculous rules that don’t benefit the community. Where is all our money going?! This HOA needs to be investigated and defunded.
