Essentique — Local services in Palo Alto

I absolutely LOVE Essentique! Two of my most favorite things in the world are natural beauty products & strong female entrepreneurs. So, when I found this amazing company I knew I'd be a customer for life!

I can only speak to my experience of shopping online here, as I live in Florida and haven't made it into the Palo Alto store...yet! A few things to note: the owner hand-makes all of the amazing beauty products in small batches to ensure freshness, the products are all natural and plant-derived, and also when you order online you get shipped the most incredible box that you can tell was packed with love and thoughtfulness (the packaging is truly beautiful!!).

I don't think you could go wrong with any of the products you try, but my personal favorites are the Uplift Facial Cleanser and Luminescence hand and body polish - both have absolutely changed my life. The cleanser has the BEST smell to it, so I actually look forward to washing my face every day (haha!) And the body polish, which contains Walnut Shell Powder, Banana Pulp Powder, Argan Oil, and Turmeric is so great. Every time I use it, my skin honestly feels like it just got pampered at the spa all day. Hands down the best body scrub I've ever used!

I am extremely impressed with my experiences at Essentique. Just the store itself emanates peaceful and serene vibes with the music and essential oil diffusers that are constantly running. The store layout is beautiful and the products are packaged very beautifully. All of the products use the best natural ingredients, and the owner, Mandana, creates all of the products in the back of the store. I used three products so far, the Coenzyme Q10 Skin Fitness serum, the Lumin8 facial cleansing oil, and the upLift facial cleanser. I have only been using these products for a short amount of time, but I have noticed results and am sure that with consistent use, my skin will be healthier and more vibrant than ever. The Coenzyme Q10 serum sinks into my skin wonderfully and leaves it with a vibrant glow. The Lumin8 cleansing oil massages beautifully into my skin and leaves it supple and soft, while still cleansing my face from any impurities and pollutants. Finally, the upLift facial cleanser deep cleans my face, but doesn't leave it tight and irritated like many other cleansers. Instead, it leaves my face soft and healthy. While I was on a business trip visiting Stanford University, my colleague highly recommended this health and beauty store in downtown Pallo Alto. The store was on Park blvd, not too far from my hotel. A very calm and soothing ambiance with a divine smell. A young, charming lady warmly greeted me. She asked if I was there to shop for myself and I told her that I wanted to get things for my wife. I soon found out that all the products were made from natural ingredients, and I was amazed by the diverse variety of products offered. The sales lady was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She helped me pick out a few skin products for my wife, two diffusers for my office and home, and tubes of natural oils.
