This is not a court. It's a criminal enterprise like all courts in the United States. I had a case against Steve Jobs after he had stolen my property from me and lied. The case was CLEARLY against Steve Jobs, not Apple. The judge on this case worked with an Apple Lawyer in small claims court. In spite of my objections, she allowed the Apple lawyer to represent Steve Jobs (who had been served but did not show up).

The judge wanted to get rid of me so she told me to go to the law library and find the statute for her showing that it's illegal for a lawyer to represent a plaintiff in small claims court (something EVERYBODY knows already). During that time she had a long conversation with the Apple lawyer in my absence (this is highly illegal - a lawyer is not even supposed to be in that court) and they planned on how to screw me over while I was away. Of course, she didn't even look at the statute I brought back from the law library showing that's illegal for a lawyer to be in small claims court, because she already knew that.

It should have been a judgement against Jobs, but instead they changed the name of the defendant to "Apple" to protect Steve Jobs for not showing up to court after being served, and of course, ruled against me in spite of the fact that I had won the case because the plaintiff who had been served, did not show up.

It's highly illegal. It's fraud, but there are no rules when it comes to protecting rich crooks in America. Find other ways to protect yourselves and your property from...
