Absolutely awful experience. I wish I could give zero stars. They were consistently late to appointments and made me wait, with no respect for my time or mental health. I spent nearly two years being dragged through endless trial-and-error "alternatives" while they refused to prescribe the medication I clearly needed. Even when I was finally told I would receive medication, they backtracked after I spent hours in yet another draining session, recommending yet another useless list of things to try first.
