Despite the other lower reviews, I love this place! I'm a cupcake fanatic and the cupcakes here are amazing. I always get the classic, red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting. The bread is really soft and the frosting matches perfectly with it. I've tried several other cupcakes as well and they are all so tasty and addicting. You can't go wrong with your favorite flavor they serve here!
I only gave four starts because it can get pretty pricey. The price stops me from getting more! If I only want cupcakes for myself, I'll only opt for one. If I am going to bring home some for my friends or family, I'll bring home a box!
The interior of the store is really nice. It's really spacious and the wooden theme is really cute and aesthetically pleasing. There aren't too many seating options but it doesn't tend to get too crowded inside, so you'll definitely be able to find a spot to sit. There are even seating areas outside around the plaza.
Since you're just buying cupcakes, the line goes by pretty quick so don't worry about waiting for too long. I'd recommend coming earlier in the day because some flavors can sell out...
Read more-Update 23 June 2025- I received one complimentary cupcake comp code due to my review from earlier in the year. I tried using the code today and I received an error even though the code is good until July. I followed the instructions they provided in the email and I received an error. I then followed the instructions on the website and it says “coupon code cannot be applied”. This only worsens my experience with the Sprinkles brand - I have now wasted additional time trying to give them another chance. I initially was time and money with the dry cupcakes experience in my previous review.
————— Never again. I tried the Miyokos seasonal cupcake and it was hollow inside and undercooked! This is definitely the last time I ever buy Sprinkles. It used to be such a fun treat and cute shop but the quality and service are no more. $66 for a dozen cupcakes and the quality is no longer there. You order from a kiosk, human interaction is only when they hand your order, and they no longer provide wooden utensils or napkins when we went. What a waste of...
Read moreMy husband loves Sprinkles cupcakes. His favorite is the carrot flavor. I appreciate that they carry a sugar free flavor (would be great if there were a couple more sugar free options in the future other than red velvet) and it's cute how they have pupcakes. I also appreciate Sprinkles being open during these times (purchase using the app/online). What I disliked, was instead of a simple yes or no to my question "Are you guys out of the pride cupcake today?" The answer was "We have whatever is listed on our website". For me its like, aren't you walking in and out of the bakery, completing peoples orders and would know first hand whether you have something or not? When using the app and ordering a box of 6, all the new special cupcakes said "out of stock" however if I clicked on it individually from the menu, it would have added it to my order. Bit confusing. Thus,...
