Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee — Restaurant in Palo Alto

My goodness I wish Id read reviews in advance.... Absolutely rip off. Garbage coffee..We ordered flat whites at 6.10 each. They had virtually zero coffee in them.. Went back for extra shots. I was charged 3.60 instead of the 1 dollar because I did not ask at the time. The coffee was still terrible and weak. Zero customer service and hope the place shuts...

My matcha latte was poorly whisked, and extremely bitter to the point where I needed to dispose. And then this is what I saw in the bottom (picture)

I’m a regular customer, their other drinks are good such as chai latte. But this experience really makes me question about whether to invest my money in potential...

Terribly rude and awkward staff, unpleasant behavior, bad attitude, non-welcoming and always frowned, they all need proper trainings for interacting with clients. Besides that, coffee and espresso drinks are usually luke warm and not hot, they don’t really know latte...
