I’ve wanted to find a local baker for so long and BreadSmith does not disappoint. I grabbed a french peasant loaf and after eating multiple pieces, this is the first time in ages where I’ve eaten bread and didn’t get bloated. I actually feel better after eating. And they slice the loaves!!
Edit: They closed an hour early on sunday, which was super inconvenient and contradicts their posted hours. I didn’t know this so I walked up and as I opened the door, a lady shouted “CLOSED!! Last week I tried their pineapple orange cupcakes and they r delicious, unfrosted and the moistest I’ve ever eaten. They make them on tuesdays and other types throughout the week.
