I usually have a good experience at this store but on Black Friday, Oh NO! I needed to get a gift for a wedding the next day. The kiosk where you check the gift registry and and make payments is right near the children's section and the touch screen does not work right. Who's idea was it to put it there? Children must have played with it. It took a long time to get it to pull up the registry. It seemed odd that no one had purchased anything for the bride and groom. I picked a gift and a couple of other little things and went to check out. What a disaster!. They can't or didn't know how, (even the manager) to pull up the registry at the front check out. They had to cancel my checkout while I had to go back and print out the whole 5 pages of the registry and bring it up to the front and then they still could not figure out how to check off what I had bought. I imagine the newlyweds will get 5 of something. Then I asked for a gift receipt, the clerk stood there for a long time and wouldn't even answer me, finally she said that I was supposed to press a button when I swiped my card to get one.    Read moreIt's incredibly convenient to me able to return Amazon products via drop off here, however, I would not recommend using the coupon they hand you. Evidently there are many "excluded" items and you don't find out until after you've waited in line. And these cashiers, while very nice, are not in any kind of hurry. They like to talk, joke, catch up, and then explain receipts to customers like they are teaching a class on them.
Stores like this are also extremely unappealing to me because of how much work you have to do to get any type of savings on their very expensive merchandise... You have to be there on the right days, with the right coupon to match, then you must factor in whether the sale prices on the rack will still work with the coupon, or the points or the whatever. I am certain there are shoppers out there with more free time than I have who absolutely love this system and probably feel very accomplished when they get good savings on items. It's just a really overcomplicated and tedious business model in my opinion.

When I went to return I had lost receipt but the item was in original packaging and I just wanted to swap it out for a different pillow which they were willing to do. They said they were going to put the return on a gift card then use the gift card to pay for new pillow. For whatever reason the old pillow rang up for only $11.02. So instead of fixing that issue the employee (looked to be manager) came over and said she would âdiscountâ the new pillow so that it was equal to the $11.02 the old one rang up as. She acted as if she was doing a favor and further discounting the price item. After I got done I went back to look at the price in the 2 pillows. The one I returned was still clearly marked 24.99 while the one I just left with was marked at 19.99. So instead of leaving with the $5 and the CHEAPER pillow, I left with just the pillow.
