Didn't want to post a review. I will never go to the salon again. I chose specifically an elite stylist as a Latina with a ton of coarse and curly hair. I arrive at my appointment time 3:30 and am told it'll be a few minutes twice within a 30-minute time period. They told me her coworker was going to do my hair...I figured starting and I was just getting black color NBD. At the end of the experience I had a black curly hair stain on my left cheek and what looked like a Sherwin Williams medium sized paint brush stroke on my forehead. Black dye on my right forearm and on my left hand from getting a painted hair strand off of my right cheek. Yea, had a meeting at 9am the next day and couldn't have that on my face. I asked for a wipe and scrubbed my face red until I could get the dye off. This was also after I asked her 3x, "You're going to be able to get that off right." Messy dye job and she snapped the dye cap on my right temple, good thing I'm used to passive aggressive behavior from my mother. As I'm getting my hair dyed, I get two texts on my phone my appointment has been changed. Odd because I didn't ask for a change. They just decided the stylist, not elite, was also going to cut my thick curly Latina hair too. As I have my cap on, black streaks on my face, and processing dye I approach the desk and ask for them to please cancel my haircut. The lady asked me, "Is that all?" I told her well I can't really cancel this, as I'm pointing to my processing cap. The elite stylist who I was ready to pay $200 to, kept telling me this lady took longer than expected and she this and I that. No focus on me the customer. The irony of the situation is as her coworker started my hair, the elite stylist I was supposed to be with, was saying she left a bad review because her experience at a business was so horrible. We were greeted with open doors to perfume that would knock you out the door lol it took my husbandās breath. No one there would wait on us. They all just stood around some on their phones. I thought OK Iāll come back today and try it again. So I entered your store this morning and explained my situation from last night and told him that I was there to give them another chance. So I pulled up 15 minutes prior to opening. I didnāt realize they open so late so I sat and waited. At 10 oāclock employees are coming in the door to work. One who has her breakfast and someone else is probably so sheās not prepared to work. And then another beautiful lady came in and she hadnāt done her hair yet so she stood and put extensions in her hair in front of customers . Not sure on the clock or not lol Well come to find out you claim in that store to have someone to do your make up, but I was told there this morning that they do not have anybody there that does make up . Anytime not just today but anytime. Iām thinking OK this is a little confusing. I thought it was a make up place to help people with their make up. It was a huge guessing Game for the employees to figure out what would be the best make up for me. I decided to buy the pour filler and then check out and leave. Was charged for an item and not even in my bag when I got home also 2 items of the same product were in the bag. Then, the girl who was originally waiting on me, starting helping someone else on another register before I was even completed with my transaction. This is probably why I was missing product and over charged. I called immediately spoke with the girl who waited on me, who was so apologetic and felt bad, I wasn't being rude just wanted it corrected, so I was told to come back, they would take care of it, and the girl (Farah) apologized and said they would have a little gift when I get there for their error, over charge and missing item in my bag! I get there & Kayla was less than friendly and actually quite rude to me. Almost accusing me of stealing. I'm sorry, I make to much money and spend to much in that store to be treated that way & also the "manager " told someone they weren't giving anything out for their SCREW UP!! This was over $30.00 of an over charge to me!! Plus, having to drive all the way back there. Kayla needs a little customer service experience, because she lacks all of it!!
