I really dislike I have to give this store a 2. But the experience we had on Saturday made this our last time going to this store. We spend a lot of money at Starbucks and normally we are greeted with friendly faces. Well Saturday I ordered 4 drinks. Unfortunately they wasn’t made right. No big deal people make mistakes. My husband takes the drink up to the counter. The girl who made them got extremely mad. She started slamming things. We wasn’t even mad up until she started her attitude. My husband waited patiently as she doing other drinks. I’m waiting on the car when he calls me about her attitude. So I go in. She was giving my husband looks as if looks could kill. She slams the 2 she remade on the counter. So I walk up to the counter and said the attitude is uncalled for. She than proceeds to slam or other 2. Since she didn’t ask what was wrong the first time she than again made our drinks wrong. At that point her attitude and how she didn’t make them right a 2nd time. I told my husband to get a refund. We spend way too much to be treated the way we were. I’m one of the most understanding person when things mess up cause we are all human. This isn’t the first time that’s our drink wasn’t right but definitely our first time dealing with the attitude we did. I have been to many Starbucks and never experienced what we did that day. Most of the time, the people there aren’t too bad and even friendly. But lately, not so much. The lady taking orders at the drive-thru started off by saying “what can I get you?”. Nothing more than that. Slight attitude but it is what it is. Early morning and all that. I let her know I have a mobile order and tell my name. She misunderstands what I said and repeats the wrong name so I politely correct her (I don’t want to accidentally receive someone else’s drink) then she gets it wrong again so I correct her a little louder this time (I get it, sometimes it hard to hear over the cars and I can be pretty soft spoken). Then, with the worst attitude she says “-wrong name-, -wrong name-, whatever your name is, I don’t see it.” After a few seconds she says “oh, I see. We haven’t started it yet but I guess you can pull around.” Just wow! What did I do to deserve that gross attitude? So rude. I was going to tip as I usually do but decided against it this time. Read moreRude staff with no sense of urgency to the customer! There were 4 employees behind the counter, one that seemed to be the manager. When I entered there was one customer in front of me who finished up quickly and got his drinks. As I was waiting for my strawberry refresher with coconut milk (a drink that takes all of 2 minutes to make at other Starbucks locations) other people came in and got their drinks before mine was even started. The staff was so busy talking to each other and joking around that I continued to wait even after those people left! I walked towards the counter to hopefully remind them that I was still waiting and when my drink was finally done the kid put it up on the counter and said rudely, "one of those Instagram drinks." No eye contact, no care that even though it wasn't the most elaborate drink that I PAYED MONEY FOR IT! So because my drink is trendy on Instagram I'm valued less as a customer? I'm not a 16 girl, I'm a grown woman that doesn't need coffee at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. I will NEVER return to...
