Nail Art — Local services in Panthersville

This place is HORRIBLE. I had just gotten my nails done there for the first time ever and the polish started chipping after 4 days and it was gel nails. I went back for someone to fix it and the owner Ms. Kim was the most disrespectful person I've ever done business with. She tells me that even though the polish was faulty, if I wanted something I would have to pay, so I told her we could proceed with the original color I had. What pissed me off was the fact that she told me I had been in her establishment multiple times changing out my nail color. When I tried to explain to her that she had me confused with someone else because that was my second time EVER coming in there, she continued to taunt me, call me a liar, told me that black people skin was dryer than Asians and so they don't have to use certain products, then asked to take a picture of me; I guess to send to other people. I'm not a rude disrespectful woman by no stretch of the imagination however this fowl woman almost made me come out character on her especially after the fact she told me if my nails mess up again not to come back to her shop and that Atlanta has 5000 other shops I could go to. I paid $50 for my nails. Kim was my tech. I love the color but I hate my nails. They are uneven and she knew it that's why it took almost 70 minutes to finish. I wanted the ombre nails. You know the clear with a blue fade. Clearly it's not what I got. My nails look like huge bubbles. I hate them even though I was satisfied with the color or just tired of sitting there, I started to pay close attention to my nails and noticed they are completely uneven. this is my first time here and I am very disappointed in the service. I came in on a Saturday at 3:30 for a color change for my toes. they sent 2 people who were getting pedicures before me and when I told them they said keep waiting. I dont understand why someone with a pedicure would go before someone with a color change considering I was here first.
