I just left this bar and I really enjoyed the dj and the energy from most of the bar. The drinks and food weren’t all that great. I also didn’t appreciate the rudeness and unprofessionalism from the bartender with short black hair who yelled at my mother that she was too busy and refused to take our drink order but would literally come from behind the bar to serve everyone else around us. I appreciate the bartender who was wearing a hat and a puff ponytail for assisting us and trying to make the experience enjoyable. We support many black businesses but unfortunately some of us can make a bad first impression a lasting one. Due to the short-haired bartender’s lack of know how and care, we won’t be returning. Mann we stopped in for my friends friends party and let me tell you if was off the CHAIN!! I usually party downtown so to find out it’s a place this close to home with good food and drinks surprised me. The party was packed out wall to wall and the service was great despite all the folks in there. My boy and I even enjoyed our cigars on the patio with the heaters. Staff was making them drinks in record breaking time I don’t think I ever had to wait long for a drink. I got a chance to meet the owners and they were super cool, very humble and down to earth. I left one star because I was not able to leave none!!! My truck was broken into while parked in their parking lot. The manager/owner, security, nor the staff seemed to be concerned. I was told where I parked was not their lot although it's right there. Not only did my truck get broken into but every vehicle parked on that side was broken into!!! And, the reaction of the staff let me know that break-ins happen NIGHTLY. Even though this is the case there is NO PARKING LOT SECURITY! So beware, if you go there be prepared for a ruined evening once you leave. I also wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't an inside job....
