I could not have been happier with Chef Dennis and all his staff. We had to change my daughter's original wedding plans last minute and Dennis was recommended to us from our property manager. They really came through for us and what started out as a very stressful planning process turned out extraordinary thanks to Dennis and his coordinator Leslie Sellers. Leslie always responded to me right away and was just a great communicator. She even came to the house the day before the event, and the day of the event to make sure everything was going as planned - which it was. Everyone was on time and the party flowed exactly as I was told it would. The food was amazing, the staff was professional and friendly and all our guests were so impressed. Community Cat Angels just did a fundraising event with chef Dennis Hicks along with his team of professionals. They did an amazing job! Our guests expressed how much they enjoyed the food and how wonderful everything looked and tasted. Chef was present and active to answer any questions the guests had and very accommodating. Exclusive chefs were amazing! The menu is one of the best I've had. We ordered hors d'oeuvres, welcome drink, appetizers, entrees and dessert. The plated meal presentation and American fusion flavors were great -- subtle and refined. Able to accommodate food restrictions, even with a gluten free saffron lemon cake.
