If I could I would give zero rating. The customer service at this place is that of nothing. I spoke with Daniel Larsen today regarding an order I placed for my sons cap and gown as well as other items. I was inquiring as to where the remainder items of my order are as I paid $10 in shipping. He told me I have to pick up the remaining items in my order. I am unable to come there as it is 40 minutes from my house and I do not have time during their days and hours which are limited and have long wait times. I again asked why I am being charged shipping. He told me that your shipping only covers the cap and gown to be mailed to the school and back. So in other words, if there is 500 students at a school, you are telling me it costs $5000 to ship a bulk order of cap and gowns across town?? That is not only outrageous but fraudulent. He stated they will not ship any other items ordered even though nowhere on my order did it state the shipping only pertains to cap and gown and I would have to pick all other items up. This is ridiculous. And it is a shame that they know they can treat customers in this manner because the schools choose to use this company leaving us no other choice but to order from them for cap and gown. To add insult to injury, my sons friend who lives with us went last weekend to get fitted and him and his father were told they would have to come back another day because it was too windy as they were doing fittings outside. Today the father stopped by there as he lives near to be sure they would be able to do the fitting before driving all the way to my house to get his son to go back there. He was told there was too many people today. When I was on the phone with Daniel I brought this up to which he said, “I’m calling them out on that. No one would have told them it was too windy.” I asked if he is calling his father a liar to which he stated, “Yes I am. They are lying. I am saying that.” I asked Daniel if there was someone else to speak to, someone in charge, or an owner or email for the owner to which he stated he is the only one. Not sure if that is true but I can say this was the poorest customer service I have come across in a long time. Completely disgusted with the manner in which this place treats paying parents knowing we have no choice but to go here for cap and gown. I cancelled my remaining items and will be ordering from Jostens or another company that I’m sure will have better customer service and probably...
Read moreWe ordered my sons jacket, cap and gown, and class ring on sept 22 while they were at his school doing a selling event. We asked when everything would be ready and we were told before Christmas so we put down almost $1500 based on that promise. His ring arrives in November, but it has to be sent back because they spelled his name wrong. It’s now the last week of February and it’s finally ready to be picked up again, fingers crossed they did it right this time. The jacket, however, is another story. We got a text on January 6 (well past the promised pre Christmas date) letting us know it’s delayed and will be ready February 15! However it’s now February 21 and we are being told it’s still “at the factory”, probably not even finished yet. It’s been five months since we ordered it, are you serious!? I’ve asked for it to be cancelled and refunded twice due to it being clear they cannot fulfill their orders on time, if at all, but no response back. After my first request they talked about getting back to me with a discount instead, but I never heard back on that either, just another delay tactic from them. Now the current request is pending because they informed me the owner can’t be brought to attention about this because he is making rounds to more schools again this week selling items he know they can’t get done in time. My hope is he’s being honest about that fact this time. I spent almost $460 on a jacket that my son will never get to wear to school before graduation because, if and when they ever do ship it to the store, it will now be just before graduation when it’s too hot here in vegas to wear a leather jacket, a jacket I never would have bought if they had been honest about not getting it delivered to us during the winter months. I cannot believe this is how they do business. Fingers crossed he at least gets his cap and gown in time to walk, but my trust in them doing what they say they will do is pretty low at this point. I have been patient up till now, but being put off TWICE with the jacket delivery is ridiculous. What does it take to honor...
Read moreIf I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their customer service is pretty much non existant. We ordered my daughter's high school ring her junior year. After 10 weeks I called to get the status. They had nothing. Had to call multiple times to reach the owner. He had to call the factory. It will arrive in a couple weeks. Finally got here after 12 weeks and it's wrong. They put a soccer ball on it instead of the drama mask. Had to wait yet again. Second time it was correct. Fast forward to this year. Senior year. Went in to purchase senior gear and announcements. Had to order a shirt because they didn't have it in stock. Many weeks pass and once again I'm calling them to track down the items. It's there, we can come pick it up. Gee thanks! Now...less than 3 weeks prior to graduation and I call because I've heard NOTHING about the announcements. Oh, they just got in (false...a fellow classmate picked hers up already). You can come pick them up. They have no dates, places, or times (due to the pandemic.completely understandable)so why the delay in getting them to the students! Mind you, they are only open 3 days a week and for a total of 14 hours. So no contact to the school for them to notify parents they can pick them up, no call to the parents directly. This place sucks!!! We are getting a new principal and I'm praying I can convince them to drop their contract. Of course since there are only 2 companies in town that service the High Schools they hold all the cards and probably don't really care! Anyway, just buyer beware and pack more patience...
