We came here because of a viral TikTok expecting a lot more than what we got. Being completely honest this place is insanely overpriced for the portions and taste. When we first walked in, it was completely empty, and we later found out why… I ordered a Tonkatsu ramen and im not even being dramatic I nearly finished it in TWO bites. I came in hungry and left hungry. The Thai tea floats were TEN dollars….for a mason jar with tea and boba….we were shocked. If the taste would’ve justified the price it wouldn’t have been a problem. However the boba itself was hard to chew, but the tea was okay, like a basic Thai tea. The ramen bowls were 17-20$ and incredibly bland. We asked for chili paste and to our surprised on the bill we see a 4$ charge in total for the chili paste…it was a tiny spoonful on a dipping cup, for 2$ each…no other ramen shop has ever charged us for chili paste. Ever. When we paid, there was no option for custom tipping the lowest option was 23$ and we were left no other option but to choose it. The service itself was quick and the server was nice! However a tip that amount for bland food, small portions, and high prices, was not worth it. These prices would not have been an issue if the food actually justified it, but it didn’t. Almost forgot, we saw a dead roach next to our table! 🙃 I genuinely don’t recommend this place, learn from me and don’t blindly try random TikTok restaurants 💔

The food was great. Had the curry udon, wifey had the hell. The service was not very good. Only had three tables and I still had to get up to ask for more napkins even after I tried to flag down the server who was right next to our table. I would advise getting extra napkins if you need when you order your food cause you might not see your server after that. The ginger tea cold was very tasty, and would recommend. Update, really wanted to loke this place so gave it another try one month later. We were seated right away and another party came in 5 mins later and was seated next to us. The waitress went to the other party first to ask them for their order and we hadn't even been asked yet what we wanted to drink. I told the wifey let's leave and told the waitress they didnt even ask for our drink and we was there 1st. We will not be giving them a 3rd try. In response to your response, we were rdy to order and she never asked if we were rdy to order she just went right to the other table. There was only one other table other then our till the couple came in after us and two waitresses, if you guys can't handle three tables that poor business practices. Good luck

Hana Ramen missed the mark for me. The food is okay. As a whole, I didn't dislike it, but I would not be back unless I completely craved ramen and this is the closest open spot. I ordered a Miso Ramen with spicy minced pork, without spinach, added egg, added pork belly .Here is my takeaway: Pros: - Attentive staff - Clean restaurant - Great decor - Quick service - Large portions Cons: - Broth was light. It lacked creaminess and flavor. - Seasoned egg was a bit over seasoned. - Price was much higher than other better ramen spots. I paid about $18 for only one dish - Biggest issue for me was the pork belly. I was looking forward to eating a delicious soft, tender, juicy piece of pork. Instead, I received an overcooked, dry chashu pork. It was underwhelming, to say the least.

I waited a week to write this review. During that week I have collected data and facts and thought really really hard how to approach this situation. But the truth is my ramen (I ordered the one with all the meat) had cold bits in it. What does that mean? The ground pork was cold, and the egg was cold and running on the inside. Since the flavor was good I shrugged it off. Less than a day later I started having cramps and horrible smelling gas. Then BOOM, 4am in the morning worst diarrhea in my life. Afterwards I was sick for 4 days with no sleep and experiencing 16 episodes of diarrhea in every 24 hour period. My body was numb, my head ached, and I could feel my blood pump through my veins. I have not been exposed to any Flu, and my family has not experienced similar symptoms. Leaving the sole culprit to be either the cold pork or raw egg yolk from my ramen at this place. I love ramen, I really enjoyed their ramen. The service was great, the atmosphere was very comfortable. I was happy to have a close ramen place. But now im very scared...
