DO NOT buy from this store or online. I ordered my shoes on Aug 12th got a notification said label was created on the 14th and will be delivered on the 18th. They still have not moved. I had to call customer service and when I asked for a rep the phone hung up. Called JD SPORTS and they called finish line and they gave them the run around. Called a store near me and they have yet to put it in the box or create a label to ship. Finally got a hold of finish line and they gave me this number to this store. Called the store a man answered explained the situation. He transferred me to a female and she said they have not come to pick up boxes in awhile and I asked her why she than transferred me to Leo the manager who clearly lacks brain cells and lied about everything said my order was picked up when clearly it wasnt and kept lying to me. When the female said they havent picked it up any orders in awhile. Clearly Leo needs to be fired (if thats even his name). He claims my order was picked up but JD sports, Finishline customer service and a finish line near me have all stated it has not been picked up. This store clearly and its employees especially the manager have zero brain cells.
Respond to owner: Clearly you didn't read my review. I have tried reaching out by phone and email and NOTHING. Your company is a scam and people should be aware of this. If you want to reach out you...
Read moreI want to start off by saying that for a shoe store on the Strip, this place is the perfect example of what not to do. The music is insanely loud, louder than a prime Abercrombie and Fitch. The store is completely disorganized, and the AC barely works.
As for my experience, Oscar, the sales associate who helped me, clearly needs better training. I donât understand how it takes 40 minutes to grab a pair of sneakers off the shelf. The manager who recommended him and told me I was in good hands should probably get retrained as well. After me shopping around the store to make time and wasting all that time, they only managed to bring out one pair of shoe to the counter after me asking multiple times how much longer.
Honestly, youâre on the Las Vegas Strip selling expensive...
Read moreClean store that just opened a few weeks ago. I recommend this location over the one in the Miracle Mile Shops because they have a bigger selection, a lot cleaner, easier to find what youâre looking for and the workers there were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Oscar for helping me and my nephew out the day we visited and for hooking him up with the Jordan 4âs he wanted. Iâm not a shoehead like the rest of my family, so I appreciated Oscarâs help. My wallet was upset but my nephew was happy so thatâs all that matters at the end of the day lol Will def recommend to family and friends coming into...
