Saw vegas the show here.
The show itself was pretty lackluster, they had a hard time hitting notes and did a poor job of the impersonations.
Worse though was the experience with the theater staff. It started with an unreasonable wait at the box office picking up the tickets in the morning.
The line to get into the show was unorganized and simply let into an open bar area. There was no indication of where to go next. But we were made to mill around like cattle for some time before we were directed to another line to actually get into the theater. I have to assume that this is a tactic to get us to purchase drinks as we were told multiple times that there would be no service at our seats.
In spite of this, no effort was made to enforce the 'No outside food or drinks' policy as many people were crumpling snack bags, beer cans, etc...
By the time we were let in, the show should have already started. Tge ushers continued to seat people for another 30 minutes into the show distracting the audience and the performers talking and waving their flashlights around.
Through the entire show the ushers walked in and out of the exit. Opening the curtain each time, shining bright light on the whole back section of the theater.
Waste of time and money. See a short in vegas, but do yourself a favor and see a different one at a...
Read moreOn April 24th I purchased four tickets from the Concierge to view the 7pm "VEGAS! The Show" for my mothers birthday. When we arrived the Saxe Theatre my parents, elderly and one in a wheelchair with Dementia, were asked to wait on the side, while I provided my tickets to the box office. Several people were admitted, while we waited. Breana from the box office directed me to "line up by the wall and I'll call you when seats are available", 4 minutes before the show I approached Breana, she indicated if I wanted seats, I would have to upgrade and pay an additional fee, the show started, I than asked for a refund. She refused & indicated I had to return to the Concierge for a refund. The Concierge indicated that Breana from the Box Office should have made the refund. It is now May and after several calls and 2 appearances a refund has not been made. The Box office staff of that evening need to be properly educated and held accountable for mistakes they make. Saxe Theatre, Planet Hollywood, Showtickets, Benefits V Theatre Group all of you need to work together and provide an...
Read moreLas Vegas the show I went to the box office and bought a ticket on my last night (Thursday 10th Jan)in Vegas after a busy CES week. The man selling was super friendly. I got a $65 dollar ticket for the top half of the theater but the usher moved me to row 4 🥳 I loved the whole vibe and energy of all the amazing artists. It was a calm crowed like the juggler joked about, but I did make sure to stand up at the end and give them all a standing ovation, thumbs up and waved to make sure they noticed me. If I could have gotten the chance to talk to them I would have told them I come from Belgium, have seen lots of shows in Europe and Paris 😉 but rarely felt the joy and energy from the team as I did yesterday. Well done all of you.
I hope my message somehow reaches them.
I was going to see Ka but it wasn’t on yesterday and am glad I got to see this lovely show instead. I will be back.
If there is 1 suggestion I could make, please check the audio levels, it sometimes felt very loud, but than again it sounds loud...
