The biggest & of course most beautiful LV store in the country. Seems that you either loved your experience or hated it. I've visited about a handful (possibly more) LV stores in California, and then this location and the one at the Fashion Show. This was definitely my fave store so much so that I went two days in a row. All Louis lovers out there know that LV has been increasingly in demand and with that being said, I've had such a hard time finding the Palm Springs Mini. It's been unavailable to order for MONTHS and each time I'm in a store and client advisers check inventory for me, they tell me there's one in all of Cali or something. So anyway I went yesterday and was helped by beautiful and sweet Ula who kindly approached me and asked if I needed help. The system said there was one Palm Springs in the store. They couldn't locate it but Ula told me that bellagio may have one (I didn't end up going to Bellagio). However, Ula helped me and my fiancé pick out a beautiful tie for him for our wedding day. The same day, I visited the LV in the Fashion Show mall. Hated it there. They were like nope we don't have it and tried to sell me random things, in addition to following me around the store and breathing down my neck. I decided to just go back to this LV again to take a look since they get shipments everyday. I looked for Ula but she wasn’t there and so Jeffrey saw me looking around and asked if I needed help. I explained to him that I was there the previous day before and we were on the hunt for the Palm Springs mini. Jeffrey checked in a drawer and there it was!! The only one in the store. Jeffrey wanted me to take my time to make sure I felt comfortable with the bag as it was my first time seeing it in person.
I wanna give a shout out to honestly everyone at the store because every one was so sweet but especially Ula and Jeffrey. Both client advisors were so sweet and really just wanted to help me find what I was looking for and for me to feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. So I'm not only giving them 5 stars because I found my bag & wedding tie for the almost-hubby, but because on both days, all associates were nice and friendly. Not at all pushy but genuinely there wanting to help.
We will definitely be back when we are in...

Despite that, I proceeded to enter and was approached by a concierge who was nice enough to show me around at open what I wanted to see. I had four people in my group and they were not there to shop but wanted to see what I was purchasing so they followed us. Then I needed to go to the second floor and the group I was with were enjoying what they saw so as she and I moved to go upstairs we were told that we had to stay together. Not to mention there was a young girl around 10 years old sitting all alone on the couch- (apparently she could not steal so she doesn’t need to stay in her “group”…)Then we were told that we had to go in the direction she pointed us in. Then when we got upstairs I saw a purse and asked to see it and while I was waiting by the counter I saw a guy out of the corner of my eye make a hand motion to the lady helping me and then he kept eyeballing me. I felt very uncomfortable and when I saw him I said “hello”, he said hi to me and looked at her and said “tell them to stand back from the counter” I could hear him as he was right in front of me and I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. I’m there to spend money and very good money, and you don’t want me to stand at the corner of the counter. Even if I was a criminal, there’s no way out of the store - you have one way directions up and down the escalator. She then told me I need to move back so I looked at her and told her thanks for her time but I am not letting these rude simple minded people make a single penny of commission from my purchase....
Read moreWe were in town on vacation. My wife found a purse she really liked at this store, but asked the sales rep if it had a crossbody strap because she didnt like the chain. The lady assured her it did and they continued to have a 10 minute conversation about how the sales rep didnt like chains either but preferred the cross body straps. She showed her a pic in the computer of what it looked like even. My wife purchased the bag. We went back to the hotel, packed up and flew home.
The next day, she pulled it out of the box and it didnt have the cross body strap, only the chain. So she called the store and they said they would have someone reach out to me (since I was the one who actually purchased and paid) to get it straightened out and get a strap out. She went ahead and wore the purse that day for a few hours, as she was excited about it.
A few days later, Tayvion from LV reached out. He stated that there was no strap that cane with that model. There is a slightly larger version that they must have been mistaking it for.
We asked to either purchase a strap then or return the purse so we can get a purse that does actually have a strap like she was promised. They stated that since it had been worn (for maybe 3 hours total), it wasn't returnable. Considering we had no reason to not believe there wasn't a strap for this (since they had repeatedly told us there was), there was no reason for her to not try it out for a few hours.
Just a bad deal, misinformation and customer service all around. I would try one of the many other places to buy LV. Out of dozens of trips to LV’s across the country, this is the only really bad experience. The kicker is no real resolution besides, sorry to us for their mistake. Mistakes happen by businesses. No ones perfect. Not making it right is...
