I was searching for a wallet online and saw a couple models I was interested in. Rather than take a gamble I decided to go into the retail store. Should have stayed home and ordered online. My s/o and I walked in before another couple and we were looked past and ignored. The two lady reps went ahead and guided the other couple to the scents and left me and my s/o wandering for ourselves. After a while of not being able to find the wallets we went to the scents section and kindly asked one of the associates where we could find them. With the most disgusted look on her face she snapped at me that they were in the front and went back to talk about TikTok videos with another girl. I was fed up and decided to leave HOWEVER on my way out a very nice associate asked if we have been assisted and was delighted to show me the wallet options I was looking at. Immediately purchased the one I wanted and left happily. I believe her name was Dunia, had a pleasant accent and blonde hair. As we were shopping at the other stores my s/o reminded me of our upcoming trip and I went back to purchase a travel cologne. I tried looking for Dunia but she was unavailable and unfortunately had to speak to one of the unpleasant associates that did not attend to us the first time. I overheard them saying āthey were in here earlierā. When I picked my scent we walked to the front and I was pleased to see Dunia was handed over the cologne so she could check us out as she was grabbing merchandise from the back when we walked in. The sales person that made us feel unwelcome was next to her and avoided all eye contact with me. Drawn in by the beauty of the pieces from the designer, I was looking forward to shopping the store however the staff followed me around, pushing me through the store. While viewing the items in the menās section I was directed to another area of the store. He then followed me around making me feel uncomfortable, watched and a need to leave. He was rude when responding after I stated Iād take a seat on the couch in the store. The staff was not there to encourage the designers pieces are enjoyed and purchased. The staff worked to make their guest want to get out of their store as quickly as possible. As someone here, in Las Vegas to enjoy life before major back surgery, Iām extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of care for a customer who wanted to enjoy their products and utilize the in store seating to rest after having walked to their store. Feeling so uncomfortable by this staff member, I felt a need to get out of there. The store was not deserving of my time, my energy or my money. I hope they reflect on what it means and what it takes to serve their customers. Luxury markets are known for high end service and their is room for improvement at this store. They tell you that they donāt have your size but if you call with a different number and pretend to be someoneās else, yeah magically they have your size. 2 theories for this problem as follows : 1- Honestly speaking, they keep record of previous TEXT communications / and if they donāt see a purchase history, they tell you we donāt have your size so basically telling you indirectly we donāt wanna sell it to you. 2- I think employees working at Tom Ford they keep some products for themselves and letting the customer in the alternative of another product. TF employees ( they gotta wait until they get paid so they can buy the product ) No quality control no inventory control, all theyāre gonna say we donāt have it. We donāt have your size we are sold out while in fact, they have it for themselves.
There are many brands out there deserving a check up. I am sick and tired of this gameās manipulation and if I was a celebrity I can wear TF and return it and they will still tell me they would have my size.
