When I first entered the restaurant I was met with a warm welcoming from a young cashier named Ivette who remained professional and courteous throughout my dining experience. The food I was served was fresh and hot however it could not wash the bad taste that was left in my mouth after viewing how employees are treated in this establishment. In the amount of time that I was eating I saw Ivette clean and refill the drinks no less than three times. While I understand that it may be her job, I find it absolutely unacceptable that the Manager Josh can order a skinny high school age girl who is less than 5 feet tall to refill 12 quarts of refreshments three times in tubs that are half of her height. It was so painful to watch Ivette struggle that I saw a fellow customer get up to ask if she needed any help meanwhile there was another cashier who was not assisting any customers and just standing idly by. In addition to this, I do not think that it is possible to count the amount of times that she left the post to clean and sweep. In conclusion, it is nothing short of ridiculous that managers at In n Out can treat their employees with blatant inequity in front of customers which begs the question as to how these employees are treated behind the scenes. I hope that Ivette and her hardworking coworkers who are in that position receive better treatment however, I will be sharing this story to anyone who will listen as it has permanently altered my view of this restaurant...
Read moreMy recent visit to the In-N-Out Burger on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas was absolutely disgusting and downright infuriating. First, I found a piece of hair in my burger. Yes, a piece of HAIR. That alone is unacceptable, but the nightmare didn’t stop there. The staff at the drive-thru was unbelievably rude, with the lady at the window acting like she couldn’t care less about my order or basic customer service.
I specifically asked for pickles, but instead, she gave me hot peppers. When I politely asked her to fix it, she barely acknowledged me and made no effort to make things right. On top of that, when I asked for ketchup, she tossed me TWO tiny packets, like it was coming out of her paycheck. The whole interaction was dismissive, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful.
To add insult to injury, finding a hair in my food made me wonder about the hygiene practices in this location. Do they even care about cleanliness, or are they just tossing food together with zero regard for their customers? This experience was stomach-turning, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
In-N-Out is supposed to be a place where you can count on quality, but this location is an absolute disgrace. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else unless you’re in the mood to waste your money on rude service and...
Read moreOh, where to even begin with my experience at In-N-Out today? It was truly the most despicable dining experience I have ever endured, and that's really saying something. From the moment I walked through the door, the stench of mediocre food, and even more mediocre service, was utterly overwhelming. And to add insult to injury, the workers (if you can even call them that) working there were an absolute joke. My order was messed up several times, and the employees failed to give me the correct change even once! It was clear that they couldn't even be bothered to do the bare minimum. Then we get to my interaction with Juan Salamanca- the worst employee I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. From the moment I laid eyes on him, I could sense the incompetence radiating off of him. He was disorganized and completely out of control. He couldn't even manage the simplest tasks like giving me the correct change. I can honestly say that this man is the epitome of incompetence, and should be fired immediately. In short, In-N-Out is a complete disaster. Their food is barely edible, and their employees are completely incompetent. I would not recommend this...
