Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Nevada

I used to work here August 2020- Aug 2021. I was forced on an unpaid medical leave for 3 months since my manager Maria at the time did not accommodate me in my medical needs. As soon as I asked about getting my job back they told me I had to reapply which was completely unfair because they just wanted me gone. They took away my financial expenses and I struggled to find a job for a year now since they told all my potential employers deceptive things about me without asking for my point of view. Breiana was the best manager and it became a mess since she left June of 2021. I'm glad I no longer work here. I finally got hired as a flight attendant so I'm starting a carrier now. The food is expensive and most of the sandwiches weren't even that good, my Go-To is the Toasted Blueberry bagel scopped out with strawberry smear since they removed the blueberry smear. The Farmhouse is not very good in my opinion but my favorite sandwich is the Texas Brisket, but I also enjoyed the Pizza Bagel & the Nova Lox. All of the other sandwiches weren't very good and looked nothing like the photos. The rest were also not very good and a waste of money but most of the bagels with smear were tasty. I love the cold brews and donuts too, I'm not sure what new addition they've added since I last work there and I am not in a rush to go back since I got sick of most of the food there. Trust me I'm hispanic and love home made cooking so if you like good food, I would only order the food I mentioned above. Trust me most of the food sucks & they keep changing managers so I couldn't keep up with everybody's new rules and polices. Besides the job is not well paid so it's more of a starter job and the District Manager isn't very fair and looks scary, not very friendly either.

Time is extremely valuable and I must set some time aside to post about a matter that needs attention. I have a lot on my plate as it is. at approximately 9:15 AM, September 24, 2025, I came in to order my usual item I purchase here. All of the sudden someone started shouting at me in a very rude tone to leave. I am assuming that this was the manager, but I have never seen him before. It appears that the floor at the entrance had just been mopped and he did not want me tracking up a cleaned floor. I'm not sure this was the reasoning behind it, though. I had been a regular at this location for the last three years and really felt insulted to be treated in this manner. I understand that the floor had just been cleaned, but the manager (I'm assuming), could have been much more courteous. Also, the restaurant was open for business and there was not a closed sign on the door. There was a wet floor sign which would tell me to be careful. I did not get this person's name, however, I will be taking my business elsewhere until this person is no longer employed here. I will also be forwarding a copy of this post to the corporate office so this matter can be looked into and hopefully rectified. This is too bad I have to be writing this and I feel very sorry for the person that treated me so rudely, because I really enjoyed...

I went after work to the Einsteins at Maryland Pkwy and Harmon. Las Vegas, Nv. As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed warmly by two employees behind the counter! They were funny, I really appreciated that after a long shift 12:00 am - 8:00 am! So nice to walk in and see such big welcoming smiles! After a long exhausting shift! These two employees really made me laugh and smile! Please let them know they are amazing workers!! They change guests mood and make a difference! I haven’t been to this Einsteins in years, but it’s still very organic and spotless! The gentleman that rang me up gave me a senior discount. I didn’t know they gave discounts for seniors. He knew by looking at me I was over the senior age limit.. I was very glad he didn’t ask me for my birthday or I’d to see if I was I senior. I was happy to get the discount. He was a lovely man and polite like the other employees. I’m going to visit this location more since the experience was so great! I was there at about 9:30- maybe about 10:15 am....
