Bloomingdale's Outlet — Local services in Paramus

I usually shop at this store on a regular basis. Todays experience was not that great.. Was looking for a suit tie and I was unable to find one anywhere in the store.. I asked this lady (on a bigger side wearing black long sweater and she had black long hair and pierceing blue contacts on), and she directed me to go to the Suit section by the entrance. Unfortunately, there were no ties there at all.. and so my search continued :-).. Coincidently, I saw the same lady again and told her that there were no ties in the section that she had sent me to.. and her answer was hillarious: Oh, we must have sold out because more people have started to wear the ties these days, which I know is the opposite.. She did not have any friendly vibe at all. Not sure why she was on the floor to help the customers at all.. I love this store and I think the managers should address this issue.. Next time I see this lady on the floor behaving in the same way, I will reduce my review to a one star...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Bloomingdale’s Outlet in Garden State Plaza, and I want to give a special shoutout to Suzette, Tina, and Roxana for making it truly memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and generosity went above and beyond.

While shopping with my daughter, she found a beautiful pair of Birkenstocks she fell in love with. To my surprise and gratitude, they honored my military service with an additional discount, which was not only thoughtful but deeply appreciated. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and it made our visit all the more special.

This store has always been a hidden gem for us—full of beautiful treasures, amazing deals, and an incredibly helpful staff. Whether I’m browsing or buying, I always leave with something great and a smile on my face. Thank you again to Suzette, Tina, and Roxana for making our day—you are the heart of what makes this...

Good place to shop brand names with extra discount. Take advantage of the extra savings/sales during holiday weekends. Go get'em. 4 stars.

Update: visited today 6/16/20, second day of reopening after Covid19 closing. All was good somewhat better except one thing. Short staffed. No one at the door to inspect if all customers are wearing masks. One guy w/o mask harrassed verbally at me for mentioning it to him. Horrible exp. Also No staff was telling customers in line at checkout to keep distance bet ppl. Most were back to back like one feet apart. Very concerned. So i had to mention it to one of staff who greeted me on my way out. Very nice and told me it will be mentioned in next staff meeting. Lets see.

Bottom line: Very happy to be able to shop again but in the times of covid19, short staffed locations will only make things worse again and we are back to March of 2020....
