We bought a leather sofa set from Nick in Natuzzi Editions store in Paramus in January of 2022. But because of pandemic the delivery was set for June 2022. The furniture came in in June of 2022 but didn’t get delivered from the port until July 2022 because of problems in deliveries at that time. When we finally got our furniture we realized that it was damaged. So we alerted Nick of this problem and he promised to help us. But like in all corporate stores there was a lot of different hurdles we had to cross. There was a lot of frustration on our part because we bought an expensive set of furniture but it was damaged. Finally things got resolved after Nick was able to get the management side to agree that we should be able to buy another set and return the damaged set. He helped us choose the set that we liked. So finally today we received our new set and it looks wonderful. Throughout this process Nick showed great patience and ability to deliver as promised to unhappy customer. We thank Nick and Natuzzi for making us feel good and restoring our faith in integrity and honesty of their company....
