SEPHORA — Local services in Paramus

This Particular Sephora, was not one I will ever go back to . The employees we're more interested in socializing with one another then helping the customers even though it was the holiday time my friend and I were the only ones in the store one or two people do trickle in after us but we had to approach the employees to ask for help and they reluctantly did so. And when they did help us they were Curt, little standoffish and snobby. They didn't want to apply eyeshadow to my friend who wanted to purchase the palate but wanted to see what it look like on her first, which they've done at other stores at other times. Said it was because they didn't have enough employees and that store to do that even though there were three or four women working and like I said it was just my friend and I and then to maybe three tops customers came in after we were there for about 5 or 10 minutes so they could have done it they just didn't want to because they kept on going back and talking with one another I guess your conversation was more important and sales although my friend did end up purchasing quite a lot a couple hundred dollars worth one of the products you want it even though the tester product was out r on display they didn't have any for my friend to purchase when she inquired about it they said that they didn't have any in the back either that they forgot to order some they didn't even offer to check online to see if it was at another store for her I'm thinking though that if they didn't have any more they should have took the tester off of the display where they should have definitely checked online to see if they had it at another store, especially after she...

I don’t understand how anyone would act like they know something and not know what their doing I had a girl help me out with picking a powder and base that would match my skin tone ... I took it home used it the next day and I looked orange... I returned it. Had another girl help me pick out a new tone and she had such a bad attitude. Like if B* if you don’t like your job F* quit. This location is terrible... I definitely going back to MAC the people there do know their stuff and are much friendlier. Had the best MUA at Sephora in Paramus park Mall. Tamara was amazing she took her time to listen to my concerns and to Address each one. She answered any questions my mother in law or myself had regarding how to apply them. She also didnt try to upsell me on anything i did not need and even recommended on how to use the products i already had at home. I highly recommend doing this, I took 3 groups of pictures before going to Sephora. 1) skin care 2)foundations 3)primers & setting sprays.
